Movement Therapy Session

1 on 1 Movement Therapy sessions are deisgned for people looking to improve and maintain overall strength, flexibilty and control or for those who would like to work on a specific injury or weak spot. These 60 minute sessions are conducted in a clinical setting by our knowledgeable osteopath’s and include a combination of hands on therapy as well as mat based exercises.    

Postpartum Movement Therapy Session

Our 1 on 1 Postpartum Movement Therapy sessions are specifically designed for women who are looking to regain their strength, mobility and flexibilty after having a baby. Many women are hesitant to get back into exercise after giving birth or sometimes find that their bodies don’t feel quite the same. These 60 minute sessions involve a combination of Osteopathic treatment and exercise based mat work to help you manage your everyday activities as well as ensure you are building a strong foundation prior to getting back into exercise and movement based activities.
