Mat Pilates incorporates routine based around strengthening and conditioning your body followed by a stretch and release session to finish each class. We recommend that classes are taken consecutively to improve posture, strength and tone. Osteopathic support can be offered by speaking to our practitioner prior to the class to assure you are safely working around any injuries or other concerns.
Our Postpartum Pilates classes are specifically designed for women who are looking to regain strength, mobility and flexibilty in the weeks and months after having a baby. Every woman is different and therefore how your body responds after having a baby will differ from one person to the next. There are many factors at play in regard to how quickly you regain strenght, flexibility and mobility post birth which is why ensure that each woman attending the postpartum classes is booked in for a pre-assessment prior to starting your new program.
