Here at Whole Body Health & Wellness, we are super excited about 2020! There are a lot of things in the pipeline, but for January we are happy to announce two new services – Pilates and a Walk Club!
We have lots more exciting news coming for the rest of the year. Keep an eye out for our podcast – coming soon!
OCEAN GROVE PILATES
Our Pilates instructor and osteopath Nicola will be taking classes in Ocean Grove on Fridays! The classes will be held at High Tide Yoga.
Mat Pilates will commence on the 24th of January with sessions times at 9:30 am and 11:30 am. You can book online under Group Sessions HERE
Postpartum pilates will begin on the 21st of February at 10:30 am. To learn more about this class click HERE. For this class is it essential to see Nicola for a free 15-minute assessment prior to the class. These can be booked online or by calling 03 5200 1044
GEELONG WALK CLUB
Our exercise physiologist Sarah has started a walking club here in Geelong. Starting and finishing at the Manifold Heights clinic is will be a 60-minute session. There will also be an opportunity for those interested to grab a coffee afterwards.
All ages are welcome. Prams are also most welcome.
