Meet Natalie, your friendly and supportive Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who has been helping women navigate their pelvic health and birth recovery journeys for over 10 years.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2009 and has since completed post graduate qualifications in both Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Exercise for Women at the University of Melbourne.

Natalie is not just an experienced therapist but also a compassionate clinician who understands the unique challenges associated with conditions like prolapse, incontinence, bowel and sexual dysfunction, and has a special interest in supporting those with pelvic pain associated with endometriosis.

She firmly believes in the power of knowledge and empowerment, and is dedicated to helping women understand their conditions better so they can confidently return to the
activities they love. Her expertise is recognised widely, as she is a respected presenter of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Level 1 and 2 Pelvic Health courses and a mentor to aspiring pelvic health physiotherapists.

Natalie’s warm, caring nature, coupled with her professional acumen, makes her a trusted figure in both private practice and public hospital settings. She is continually updating her
knowledge and has completed additional studies in advanced dry needling.

When not at work, Natalie is a devoted mother to two adorable children, and cherishes spending time outdoors with her family.
